Zhidu Technology is fully aware of the importance of personal information and enterprise data. This policy explains how we collect, use, store and protect information in the process of providing large language model procurement consulting services. Special notice: Your model invocations are directly connected to the official interfaces of model vendors, and invocation data and inference content are not processed or stored by Zhidu. Please read this policy carefully before using our services.
Article 1. Information We Collect
1.1 Business contact information: The enterprise name, contact person name, mobile phone number, email address, budget range and demand description submitted through the official website form, email or WeChat are only used for model selection communication, quotation and service follow-up.
1.2 Model selection materials: Business scenario descriptions, desensitized sample data and other materials you actively provide for model selection and stress testing are only used for stress testing comparison and model selection report generation.
1.3 Reconciliation information: Purchase orders, usage reconciliation documents, invoicing information and payment records generated during the procurement service process are used for settlement and invoicing.
1.4 Device and log information: Basic logs such as IP address, browser type and visited pages generated when you access this website are used for website security protection and access statistics.
Article 2. Model Invocation Data Does Not Pass Through Zhidu
2.1 For the large model services you activate with our assistance, your business system is directly connected to the official interface of the model vendor; inference content such as prompts, files and model outputs are directly interacted between you and the vendor. Zhidu does not access, relay or store the aforementioned content.
2.2 When providing usage monitoring assistance, we only conduct analysis based on the official bills from the vendor or usage statistics you authorize to export, and do not read your request body and generated content.
2.3 The processing rules for model invocation data are subject to the privacy policy and service agreement of the corresponding model vendor.
Article 3. Use of Information
3.1 We only use information for the following purposes: providing model selection consulting and procurement services, business communication and quotation, reconciliation, settlement and invoicing, customer support, website security protection and performance of legal obligations.
3.2 We will not sell your personal information or enterprise data; without your consent, we will not use the information for purposes other than those specified in this policy.
Article 4. Sharing and Disclosure of Information
4.1 To assist you in completing official channel activation, with your consent, we will provide the enterprise information required for contract signing (such as enterprise name, contact person) to the official channel of the corresponding model vendor, and the scope is limited to the requirements of the activation process.
4.2 Except for the aforementioned circumstances, we only disclose information as required by laws, regulations or regulatory authorities in accordance with the law; entrusted processors (such as invoicing and email service providers) can only process information in accordance with our instructions and undertake confidentiality obligations no lower than those specified in this policy.
Article 5. Information Storage and Security
5.1 Business and reconciliation information are stored in secure and compliant data centers within the territory of the People's Republic of China, transmitted with TLS 1.2+ encryption, and access follows the principle of least privilege with traceable audit records.
5.2 Model selection materials will be deleted according to the agreed period after the delivery of stress testing and model selection reports; business contact information will be preserved during the existence of the service relationship and the period required by law, and will be deleted or anonymized after the expiration of the period.
Article 6. Your Rights
6.1 You have the right to access, correct and delete your personal information, and have the right to withdraw your consent and request to stop using your information. You can exercise the aforementioned rights through the business email shangwu@woqingpr.com.
6.2 We will respond to your reasonable request within 15 working days.
Article 7. Minors Protection
7.1 The services of this website are provided for enterprise customers and are not directly targeted at minors. If minors are found to submit personal information through enterprise channels, the relevant enterprise shall obtain the consent of guardians in accordance with the law.
